This year we are making limited number of pastries available for pre-order.

The pastries will be baked fresh on the morning of the collection date you select.
You will need to collect your order from the cafe between 9am-2pm

Fermented over 24 hours for a full flavour. Mixed pre-fermentation. “Sourdough” natural leaven and yeasted poolish. Cultured butter from the Edinburgh butter company.
Made on site with organic flour (shipton mill).
