On Friday, October 30th, the Popup Kitchen will showcase a selection of vibrant recipes from the Centre-piece cookbook. Drawing inspiration from her time working alongside chefs like Yotam Ottolenghi, author Helen Graham’s cooking delves into the rich cuisines of the Middle East, North Africa, and Eastern Europe—all deeply rooted in her Jewish diasporic and Ashkenazi-Sephardic heritage.

On the evening we will be providing a bar with a selection of foraged cocktails, wine, beers and non- alcoholic drinks.
